SH Plast was established in 2011 with the experience of 12 years in the automotive industry. Whereafter received ISO 9001: 2008 quality certificate; the main activity area is identified as TPU polyurethane and plastic (PP, PE, POM, PVC, ABS) First of all, raw materials are sent to R&D laboratory for physical and chemical analysis in order to examine whether meets required specific values. After all analysis,it is approved for entry to the raw material warehouse and it is converted to product by injection mold method. The company generally make toll manufacturing. Development stages of the toll manufacturing process; a) Research of customers' sample or technical drawing b) Mold design c)Prototyping of the part d) Supply the special raw material if it is demand for the part. e) Approval of initial sample f) Presantation of initial sample to the customer ;with PPAP file. g) Start to mass production after customer’s approval. It has strong position in automotive industry with paying attention on quality, environment and safety requlations; and SH plast has started working on to take ISO/TS 16949:2009 Quality Management System and ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System Certifications according to customer requirements.
